Ready Mix Taq DNA Polymerase Purple x2
Taq Mix Purple is a pre-optimized, ready-to-use 2x Master Mix.
Users need only add their template and primers for DNA amplification experiments. The use of 2x ready Mixes increase the consistency of results by reducing variation in the tube-to-tube pipetting process and minimizes the risk of contamination by dramatically diminishing the steps necessary to set up reactions. The Master Mix has been optimized for a wide variety of templates and primers. A 25mM magnesium solution is provided if additional fine adjustments are required.
